Problem after firmware upgrade bizhub c253

Hi

After firmware upgrade i get at the MFP CONTROLLER item there is additional information concerning COPY PROTECT among others.
Device reports error C-C163, after deleting returns at each start-up.
Scanner function is inactive.

Has anyone similar problems?

I would rewrite fresh firmware to the compact flash card & try the update again.

this is the second firmware - different version and the symptom is the same. I suspect that something else is damaged. The motherboard was replaced
