I'm guessing because it might have been scanned on a 224e...

I have seen this when one of the color drums was difficult to turn, in my case cyan. The company I was working for was trying out some sort of generic drum units, that were noticeably difficult to rotate. I spent many years rebuilding drum units, long before we could only get whole units, so I ALWAYS prime the drum blade, even on new whole assemblies. It was STILL very difficult to turn, so I put the old drum unit in, and it worked fine (except for the drum wear lines, of course).
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

That's what I suspect, too. Especially since my customer reported a whistling noise today. But I couldn't find a drum that was stiff.
