    BH-C-280 showing FA-14

    Never seen this error code before and cannot find it in the tech manual. Customer told me that his BH-C-280 shows error code FA-14.
    Any idea please?

      I believe this error code is a code that has multiple solutions but from personal experience more often than not its the HDD.

      Oh by the way its actually error code CFA14 Thread software error *Whole electrical components, units and options.

              Whenever I've had it, it's been the HDD, though there was a bulletin about the C280 about FA-14 occurring if you tried to make a copy off of the glass and press the start key, this was apparently solved with FW version GCD-D1
              Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

                  Agree about the HDD. last time I had that code it was on a wholesale "4" series machine I bought. Turns out it was a Gov machine and they had removed the HDD before returning to leasing co.
