Error c-DC20 c12000

Hello group, I'm trying to update the fw of the c12000 and now it gives me the c-dc20 error and I've tried everything and I can't solve it. It has already updated it to the latest version of fw and there is still an error. There is nothing in the manual about this error.

Workaround/Fix
CAUSE: Corrupt firmware.

SOLUTION: Update firmware to the latest level. The latest version firmware or system software is available via the Konica Minolta Download Selector. Access the Selector from SSD Web Support (CS Expert Support) by clicking on 'Download MSDS, Drivers, Firmware and more'.

Why did you update the firmware? Was there a reason? What version was it before the update?

In manuals for other devices, C-DCXX is related to security. In addition to the update, check if the Serial Number field is ok. Something happened that invaded the system security and displayed the C-DC20 error.

Any board replacement?

Thanks to everyone, I was able to solve the problem, I updated the firmware to V.70
