    Request for Service & Spare Parts Manual – Konica Minolta AccurioPress 7136 / 7120

    Hi Everyone,

    One of our existing Ricoh customers needs assistance with servicing their Konica Minolta AccurioPress 7136 / 7120. Unfortunately, they are not receiving proper service from the authorized provider in their area.

    However, I do not have the Service Manual or Spare Parts Manual for this model. Would anyone be kind enough to share a downloadable PDF link for these manuals ? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

        If you make a small donation to this website myself or someone will send you the manuals.

          If you do not have experience with Konica Minolta presses I would consider carefully, if you want to service this equipment. You have a very steep, and possibly expensive learning curve ahead of you. On this series of machines mistakes are often expensive.
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

            Actually me or my Team are expert in Ricoh MFP & PP, so I think it won't be that hard for us.

              Some advice from Türkiye for you.

              You should definitely use original toner. For any blockage in the waste or new toner line, you will need to remove many parts of the machine, including the cards. This process is something that even experienced people do not want to do.

              Never hold the developer unit from the middle, but from both ends.

              Do not touch the thin transparent plastic parts on the bottom and top of the drum blade unit.

              You need to setup for dual blades in the drum blade unit. Each blade rotates automatically, and completes the maintenance cycle, each blade at five hundred thousand pages.

              In addition;
              Even though he hasn't been sharing videos for the last year, follow his YouTube channel called "just a printer". There are some videos while repairing bizhub press 1200 machine. The basis of the machines is the same anyway.
