    It's not that easy to replace battery and chance you could brick machine if you damage the MFP board.

    If you don't solder new battery on first you will lose all meters, serial #, time, date, etc.

    Like I mentioned in previous post if your date time, meters are good then battery isn't bad and would look for something else as issue.
