I spoke too soon. We finally got in 1 of the 55 machines we have on order. Too bad we got the main body and the finisher, but no base or relay unit. That's not very helpful.

Ouch that's close to nothing. I feel sorry for you guys. Our inventory is also already exhausted with uncertain ETA for new devices.

Thankfully no problem with TN-514K, we have plenty of that, It has been coming in fairly consistently for us. The TN-713K has been a bit more of a problem, but within the last 2-weeks we have gotten in a number of them as well, enough to keep us from running out for quite a while.
We are a regular dealer for KM, so that might be the difference. Are there any dealers out there that are having issues getting toner? Right now the only one that we are having an issue with is TN-812 for the Bizhub 808. Otherwise our other issues are with getting parts or other supplies, like just about anything for C659. Can't seen to get anything for that model, Belts, Fusers, Image units, etc. We've pretty much exhausted our extra inventory and everything is on back-order. Even attempted to escalate a couple of the items from the order, but got nothing even after that...
We have the opposite problem here. Plenty of TN-812 but no TN-912 for 958. If you can find 912, just swap the rear auger gear and front face. Put the new chip into the old faceplate and the rest of the cartridge is the same as TN-812.

Good to know. Actually, the day after I posted that our full order of TN-812 came in, so no more issues with that. We actually have a good amount of TN-912 left that was purchased before this shortage began, so thankfully good on that as well.

Our dealership had not received much toner over the last 4-5 months, but got in a huge shipment today. So, maybe things are starting to pick up with toners. We still have a lot on backorder. We have not received in any 'i' series machines since before June. Not sure when those might show up. We did receive in a Bizhub 227 a couple months ago, but had also been back ordered a few months before that. Even though toner should start getting better now that the factory is running, I don't expect machines to show up any time soon after watching the November update on Konica's Dealer Forum.
