Main body is conected to network? You have to conect both controller and main body to network and set no ip filtering. Then restart

      Hi ,
change from "Not Synchronize" to "Synchronize" on the "Synchronize Main Body & Controller power" menu fix the issue.

I have never had a problem leaving the Fiery not to synchronize power with the main engine. I don't like synchronizing power because when you have to reboot the machine to clear an error if you don't wait for fiery to shut all the way down before turning machine back on , and most customers don't, then you send an on signal to the fiery while its trying to shut down. This could cause the fiery to crash. You could have had your problem because you didn't let the machine fully boot before turning on the fiery .
On production machines the printer must be fully up before turning on the fiery.
