Hi all, can someone let me know how to get to the list of jam codes on the KM C 1070. Friend has one where the printer jams when paper is almost out of the fuser exit and printer only displays jammed paper at 11 ( exit tray) we have removed the finisher so paper will come straight out to exit without the tray. . Or if anyone has idea of what it might be. Thanks. He can't get anyone to work on machine as it is now at EOL and there are no techs in area so we are gonna try and fix it ourselves. So any help would be greatly appreciateds

you can also print a complete maint report from service mode, it will have all history.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

Output various lists.
(2) Procedure
1. "Service Mode Menu screen"
Press [10 List Output].
2. "List Output screen"
The list output mode menu includes the following items.
• Machine Management List
print mode and print. maybe 20 pages or so of all reports of history. jams, codes and whatnot.
