If I didn't see it with my own eyes I wouldn't believe it. When customer prints one page no problem but if they want 2 copies of print job it prints 4, if they select 3 copies it prints 6. So it's doubling up everything except a single page. Syntholol had some good ideas but figured I would also post on here since it's such a weird issue. Thanks in advance

I think I'd delete the print drivers and do fresh installs from scratch. If it continues I'd switch to another emulation or version of the driver.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

A customer I knew of had the exact same thing happen with a 4000p. Internal IT solved the issue. I recall it being something strange with the drivers + firmware.

I had this problem today. It's because the printer was added via "WSD" instead of direct IP. If they use a print server, they need to change the port to direct IP. If not, they need to change it locally.

Also, make sure they are using the correct driver to begin with.

It was installed with WSD and changed to direct IP and working good now. Thanks again to all who replied.
