Unable to perform trouble reset on Konica Minolta Bizhub c458

I’m stuck and don’t know where to go from here. When booting the machine normally, I go right into an internal error screen. The machine says it will reboot and clear the error but it never does. I then went to do a trouble reset but when I enter the screen after the power cycle, the button appears, but I cannot actually tap it. I can hit the numerical keys to the right but nothing happens when I tap trouble reset: no feedback, no sounds, and no “ok”.
Does anyone know where to go from here? What else could I try? Appreciate the help in advance.

Type it twice and wait it is somehow lacking feedback yes but it should work.

Did this error occur after some maintenance? Try turning it on with the front and side doors open, including the drawers. Wait for it to boot up and enter Service Mode.

Not after maintenance, the customer reported the machine just showed "internal error. Machine will reboot and the error will be cleared" but it never did. I replaced all the boards from a donor machine, reformatted the HDD, and everything has been working. Must be a corrupted board.

If you repeat the board replacement, step by step, they may all work again. Actually, there aren't many. hehehehe.

I did place the boards into the donor machine and received the same errors/freezing on the trouble reset screen. Does that seem right? I really have not had to replace boards in a long time so this is new for me.

Can you get in service mode to see what error its giving? Also did you run the reset .tar file when you used boards from a donor machine? and which boards did you replace?
