What if youve got a large client that is getting 40 of them, who is factoring in the extra setup time, time is money.

Even if you do this extended setup, I can guarantee that they will be dead in 2 years from the SPI Flash corruption on their bargain bin CPU boards.
We have not had much CPU board issues more SD card issues and a $8 SD card from Walmart fixes that. The extra setup is not normal for sure and can add a unplanned cost on a mechine that does not have much profibilty with toner cost alone if you want to keep it competitive with other brands.
    Permanently banned from Konica SSD.

We have started selling the HP M577 (e57540) we have had decent luck with these. I have never been a fan of the Kyocera A4 machines. The Kyocera A4 design has been around for a while. It's a PITA when you have to change anything other than the toner

We have found that the SD card failures are a symptom, not a cause.
Roughly 70% of the machines that required a new SD card in their service life reported SPI Flash failure using the diagnostic FW tool provided by KM.

I also reccomend not using cheapo SD cards as their read/write cycles are terrible, as always do what works for you. I had a 6quid one from amazon fail within 2 days, I only ever use SanDisk ones from now on.

Can't argue with that at all. Got to pull the ITB to get to the drums/devs and the fuser replacement sucks comapred to KM. The ITB is a pain on the 3320i too though. Basically all A4s suck in some way. If I could, I would just give everyone an A3.
