    USER BOX and Notification

So I'm trying to resolve an issue but I don't know if there is even a solution to this. So, the copier is onsite at the place of employment, one employee works from home several days of the week. Sometimes, this user hits the box limit on pages stored. The issue is, they doesn't receive any kind of notification on the users end (at the PC) that the print job failed to make it to the user box. So they go about their business for the day, come in to the office the following day, only to find out half of their print jobs never made it, due to the 200 limit. Is there a solution to this that I am just not aware of? Seems like a major oversight if not....

This is how much it should hold.

Maximum number of pages that can be registered in the User box has been reached

CAUSE: A maximum number of 10,000 pages and 3,000 documents can be stored in the 1,000 User Boxes available on the machine.

SOLUTION: There are a number of settings that can override the deletion time. Please reference the information below
    • Administrator -> System Setting -> User Box Setting -> ID & Print Delete Time.
    • Administrator -> System Setting -> User Box Setting -> Document Delete Time Setting.
    • Administrator -> System Setting -> User Box Setting -> Document Hold Setting.
    • Administrator -> System Setting -> User Box Setting -> Security Document Setting.

Note: ID and print Delete Time was set to Confirm with User instead of Always Delete.Originally Submitted:11/12/2021

200 is the limit if shared by all users

A work around, the remote employee could print to pdf to a folder on their laptop then when they get to the office they could then print directly to MFP.

I was able to recreate the error with another machine with only 1 user box... The moment we send page 201 "Registered Document overload" Error on the copier. So the 200 seems like a hard limit per user box. Definitely not a: Total Capacity/Userbox Count = Individual Userbox capacity

it's 200 is limit per single user box true that. Simply too low.
