    hello group. I have this error in printing, the first impression fails, and the second one goes well, now I cause a paper jam before the machine makes the transfer to the paper and the impression is perfect in the ibt, the fault is when transferring to the paper. I already changed the transfer roller and the fault continues,

      Change paper size is it the same. Looks like brush effect try to fine adjust fusing speed in SM.

          A3 /SRA3 same fault. now the missing toner on the paper. it is in the ibt band, it seems that it did not cover 100% of the toner

                  What media type?
                  Have you selected the correct media type setting?
                  =^..^=
                  If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                      Once again a lot of important information is missing, What is total page count? Transfer belt life count? Using genuine toner & other consumables?

                      Almost looks like the transfer belt when you wipe it down with alcohol and it take several pages to clear up. I would focus on the Trans belt.

                          I already changed ibt module. original toner. occate the paper lock before transferring to the paper to verify if the image came from the ibt band defective. but it is not perfect 100%
