    Konica c368 Sub hopper assembly.

Just looking for some feed back on replacing sub hopper assembly. Can I reuse the orginal toner bottles or install all new ones? I am having issue with tcr readings.Yellow was 0% I changed dv unit and got yellow back to 6%.a few days later yellow and magenta went below 3% and I got a c-2555.sub hopper is full and when I manuel added yellow it went back to 6%.It's a church and they're running bulletins with color.

No need for new toners, the old ones can still be used. Have you removed the hopper and cleaned the sensors though? This can cause this exact issue and can be a cheap fix. I believe the paddles in the hopper can stock or flip but for me it’s always been sensor related, good luck.

I vacuum out all the hoppers, then blow out sensors. Go into service mode and fill hoppers. Check them and make sure all full and no codes. If you have to replace the hopper assembly vacuum out all the hoppers before removing, makes it a lot less messy.

            I'd double check items, 10, 17 & 18

Take care to keep your vacuum away from the sensors. A good sensor can be blown by vacuuming it. If the unit must be completely vacuumed clean remove the sensor first.

On the 4-series, it was usually the front bushings that caused the issues, like in the last post per kingarthur .
