Does anyone know where I can get my hands on the original firmware file for the Bizhub 4000p???
I am getting the message about "Invalid Factory Configuration" and "Unsupported Cartridge". I've tried to reset it from the menu to factory defaults and other solutions I've found online and nothing works. I'm hoping I can flash it to the original firmware and the at will fix the issue.
