    Bizhub 4000P Invalid Config/Unsupported Cartridge

Does anyone know where I can get my hands on the original firmware file for the Bizhub 4000p???
I am getting the message about "Invalid Factory Configuration" and "Unsupported Cartridge". I've tried to reset it from the menu to factory defaults and other solutions I've found online and nothing works. I'm hoping I can flash it to the original firmware and the at will fix the issue. Details below. Thanks in advance!

        Been on vacation.
Anything I have is 2+ years old.
I retired and have no access.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...

It's probably a 10 year old printer so the older the better!

Did you nistall a non original toner? Have done the same mistake, so we use only original in order to work...
The FW version you have instaled is one of the "oldest".

No, we had old toner and it's branded Konica Minolta. Both empties and "new" are authentic and giving same error
