C458 Stop Printing

Greetings Programs,
I have a client with a C458 that will not print.
There is no error code.
The only indication is the job message in the top right of the screen says "Stop Printing".
Print jobs sent from PC, Copies, and Demo Page/Meter sheet all have the same result.
The fan will spin up in prep for a print job, but it won't pull paper.
Scan jobs function normally.
I have done initialization, physical and logical format, and firmware update (I had to disable the HD to get the FW to update).
I'm stuck on this one...

I see this when the lifestop settings are turned on.

Svc mode - stop, 0, clear - life stop setting.

Nah, life stop is just what it sounds like. Once the consumable has reached end of life, the machine ceases any copy/print operation. There are no error codes or messages on the panel about consumables needing to be replaced. The machine just stops until you disable that setting in service mode. I've seen this on a bunch of machines which is odd because the setting should be disabled by default.

The settings for the warning messages you're thinking of is under System 2 > Unit Change
