    [Jamming] C250i/C251i Jam 12-01

Hello, I have a problem with c250/c251i with jams from the second cassette 12-01.

The problem occurred several times, on different machines with different mileages
On this C251i with 12k mileage, we replaced the rollers, clutches, and electric clutches (A7AHM20501), but it only helped temporarily.
    Any suggestions?

Try holding the right door in and see if the added pressure pinches the vertical feed rollers together hard enough to prevent this issue. If so I put a metal shim on the center catch to increase the pressure when closed.

Thanks for the tip. I'm familiar with the 20-02 jam solution, but this problem is different. The paper won't eject from the feed. This would point to the clutches, but replacing them doesn't help.

Have you tried replacing the PS19 or PS20?
Do the machines have the latest firmware installed?
Please check the sponge on the paper feed section (see attached image); sometimes it gets damaged and can cause paper jams.

As a last resort, consider completely replacing the paper feed section with another one.

I've had a few of these where the torque limiter on the dfpvr is just too tight. try swapping it with another drawer. last resort take the limiter apart and remove a little bit of the iron powder.

Yes me too... replace the torque limiter!
