    minolta bizub c308 c-d011 error

    i have this error d011 on my konica c308, i need the files
    1. A7PU0Y0-F000-GXX-A8
    2. A7PU0Y0-F000-GXX-B0

      I don't think F/W is going to solve that hard drive code. Have you tried backing up settings and formatting the hard drive? Try logical format first. You may also have a bad hard drive.

        It can be the error with SATA-Controller-firmware. Then he needs the 2 firmware files as described in the attachment here.

          I've already tried replacing the hard drive with no success.

              100%. If i ever get HDD errors on this series that is the first step to perform. If you blindly slap in a new HDD you get the same issues and I have seen others on this site write off the device as a bad MFPB.

              Depending on the FW level it can also present as a C-FA14 along with C-D011 and C-D055.
