MFA on Email Accounts for bizhub c250i

Hi KM gurus,

I've got an issue with a customer where they were using scan to email on konica minolta bh c250i for a year or so, until they enforce the MFA on their email accounts, now they were unable to scan.

We tried creating app passwords, tried scan it fails, we tried using smtp authentication but still ended up with the same error code: 535 server connection error.

Are there any specific firmware for this issue or we missed something along the way. The current firmware on the machine is AA2J0Y0-F000-G00-N4(00)

the latest FWs in UK are GC2-RF and G00-S7, both of which you can turn on OAuth

Do you have a KM login - we use "Infohub" - if you search for example "C250i sal" it will advise you of the latest FW, the latest service/parts manuals, it will have links to the movie data, ioptions data, loadable drivers including Ysoft - in fact most of what you need for servicing /setting up devices
