I've got an issue with a customer where they were using scan to email on konica minolta bh c250i for a year or so, until they enforce the MFA on their email accounts, now they were unable to scan.
We tried creating app passwords, tried scan it fails, we tried using smtp authentication but still ended up with the same error code: 535 server connection error.
Are there any specific firmware for this issue or we missed something along the way. The current firmware on the machine is AA2J0Y0-F000-G00-N4(00)
