    I thought it was a bug in the FW and that it would behave the same on every machine. I even tried installing G00-YE on another C368 and got the same result.
    Correct. My buttons are not blank. I am testing with a C308. The menus appear normal and working.

    I don't think it would matter but it's the only difference I can think of off the of my head. I'm using internet ISW to install the firmware. This forces me to install the GXX-A2 jig firmware before installing G00-YE. I started on GCR-X4. In other words, I updated firmware like this: GCR-X4 -> GXX-A2 -> G00-YE.

    Are you using a non-English language on the machine? The only other thing I can think of is the language the machine is set to was not installed as part of the firmware update (they can be disabled when installing). My test machine is a US machine set to English.

      Yea I saw that jig FW, but I'm updating with USB so I didn't install it. But I think I will give it a shot tomorrow anyway.

      For me it was G00-X4 -> G00-YE, then in search for solution G00-X4 -> G00-YE -> G00-Y8 -> G00-YE.

      As for the language, Polish is my main one and it was installed with FW update for sure, but I have tried others. I have also tried installing different language packages, changing the marketing area. All to no avail.

        20250902_122713.jpg As a test I did one C258 today updated to YE via USB drive. Sarg was correct about enabling web browser to get to the menu but I also had wiped/blank settings there.

                Turning on the web browser brought up the OAuth settings on my C308 - brilliant, thank you.

                    I always do mine via USB - TBH, I can't remember what the previous FW was, I did the update a week or so ago, but it's unlikely to have been a recent version, I only update FW if there's a problem with the device

                        No where did it say in the firmware read me file that you had to turn the web browser on. Surely that was kinda important!!!

                          It's written in setup guide #2 which can be found on this site. But yes, it would be very helpful if they wrote that in read me.

                          Yeah, tell me about it. When I was looking for a solution to enable OAuth settings, I found the same instructions, but in Polish. Guess what? The part about the web browser was completely missing. Marvelous! I later checked the English version and that's how I found out about the browser.

                            And to add insult to injury they also don't tell you in the readme file that WeDAV TX needs to be on to collect the token. It will let you sign in but it never downloads the token then.

                            I haven't seen setup guide #2 either. Maybe it's an EU thing? Or maybe I missed it. Anyway, I used the i-Series instructions to piece together how to do it on an 8 series.

                              Thanks, but the FW for C458 is different, so it's a different story.

                              Could be, I found it when googling about this.
                              Maybe that bug is also an EU thing, since we get different language packages. I wonder if whole FWs is the same or different from what you guys in the US get.

                              I want to do some little investigation. Could you guys tell me if you are EU/US, if it's working correctly on C258 series i.e. buttons are not blank (if you didn't tell that already), and what was FW's MSG you installed.
                              For me it is EU, not working and i tried every MSG available for me: MSG8C, 96, 97 and 99.
