Hello
i have problem on my Konica C3350
for prinitng text it's very good for black and color
but if i priting Image it's not good
i clean my macine good but same problem
please any help
i make resset settings my machine and same problem
please any help

What's the consumable status of the IUs, ITB etc? OEM or not OEM toner?

I guess you cleaned the laser glasses properly (with a cloth and glass cleaner)?

Yes i cleaned all good but same problem bro

its. Full toner and its oem toner
and also i repllace the unit for all same problem

Which units have been changed, please be a bit more specific.

Also print the halftone test prints at 125 density and let us see them, that will help with diagnosing the fault.

Did you have any luck installing the reset tool ?

i bought it from you and i still my machine not go to boot
anyway i will not need this machine i will sell it for anyone

Last thing you could try, enter service mode from trouble reset. Power on the machine holding down yellow reset keyt then try the default password 92729272

I think if CE password is changed from default you cannot use backdoor way to enter service mode due to unknown password. Easy to check though.
