Konica Minolta Error c-4725 C7000

Hi everyone.

I usually work on Xerox Presses, so sorry for the silly questions.

Just purchased a Konica Minolta Bizhub Pro C7000. Was working before it was moved to my address.

Once it was delivered, it now has Error C-4725.

I have swapped the K write unit with C and the error did not move.

Should I purchase a new Image Processing Board?

Or seeing it was just working, could it be my power/electricity?

Any ideas?

Also is there a DIPSW I need to change?

33-3 was set to 001

Image Processing Boards are pretty reliable. I would suspect the connectors where the write units plug into the IPB.
Machines don't travel well and it's not uncommon for connectors to get jarred loose.

The time I saw it, it turned out to be a loose connector on a board, like you say. =^..^=
