i have a problem that my konica c308 still showing TCR value to be 0 , even if i make reset or replace it to a new sensor , i hope to provide me your help

Which colour? Have you replaced developer unit or only chip? Provide some more basic information like counters, parts life, etc...imho not many experienced Konica techs would lose their precious time helping probably enduser giving so little information.

Perhaps English language is the problem but as tsb posted you need to provide more information. What sensor did you replace? Without more details no one here will be able to help you.

thanks for your reply , it is black color (k) , after testing many new K chips and still giving 0 value , i decided to take another developing unit from a working machine which it giving 6.3 on the working machine ,and i installed it on my problem machine and it also giving TCR value 0 ,
(K) counter 304193
(K) developing unit consumable life 93%

Did you try black drum and developer unit from another good machine? With those units in machine go into service mode and initialize the machine. Do not initialize server cache

Was there developer in the original developer unit? You may have to use new developer chip with good developer unit & drum. Install with machine off then turn power on.

Are you using genuine toner?

With this problem it's time to call a Konica engineer to check bushings, toner hopper and so on.
New Original K developer unit is extremely cheap for its life there is really no reason to bother with chips, second hand units...

yes dear, i'm already using genuine toner, and installed another original developing unit, and the confusing result that TCR value still 0

i checked toner hopper motor , it working correctly and when making toner supply it deliver the toner to developing unit , but no any change on TCR after that

Yes front side board or broken wiring / contact terminals. First thing is checking these parts for toner contamination and clean them carefully.

Not confusing at all. you MUST use a NEW one then it will see the reset and recalibrate.
