Bizhub 501 developer dropping in drum unit . Toner is also dropping Developer unit to Drum unit so that developer unit empty
after copy print is blacked and dropping on developer on paper

high voltage issue. This usually happens when there is no charge. however it could be other hv loss problem.

Have you tried doing a PM with new developer, corona wires, drum? Replace or clean corona grid? Setup developer in service mode? Of course vacuum out all the dumped developer first. This is a very old model and required PM's to be done on time & correctly.
