Have you tried doing a PM with new developer, corona wires, drum? Replace or clean corona grid? Setup developer in service mode? Of course vacuum out all the dumped developer first. This is a very old model and required PM's to be done on time & correctly.

high voltage issue. This usually happens when there is no charge. however it could be other hv loss problem.

So how to solve it ?
