1051 Putting lines on second side only

As title suggests, when printing one side, the print is clean as a pin. When duplexing, lines appear at bottom of page (operator's side) in white area (see pics). When first seeing it, knee jerk conclusion was drum. But seeing it isn't marking on first side, it looks that it has to be something else. This is the first time I've encountered this oddity. Thoughts?

    Update:
The drum looks like hammered feces. Ruffles have ridges and so does the drum. 603,000 copies. I will replace drum when new one gets here before I go any further. We just ran 400 copies and lines now appear on both sides.

Yes lines look like worn drum.

Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

Replace the discharge wire and the drum cleaning brush to extend the drum life to avoid that.
        Whatever

Discharge wire no doubt needs replacing. However, cleaning brush was replaced 200,000 copies ago.

make sure the transfer cleaning brush gears aren't stripped, if they are good look at the condition of the transfer belt cleaning brushes and the transfer belt too.

Also check the drive coupler and grounded bearing that drives the cleaning roller. It will wear down and cause excessive play and lack of ground to cleaning brush.
