Thats a lot of boards to try replacing. First thing I would do is reseat CN8 on the FRB, CN3 on the FRB, and CN9 on the PRCB. See if there are any other connection points/extenders on those wires and reseat them as well. Unplug CL4 and meter that connector while doing load check. If you see 24v momentarily it should energize, if not move back up the wiring until you find where it stops. Most likely itll stop at CN8 on FRB or CN9 on PRCB, those are the board outputs, and that will tell you which board has gone, if its a board issue.

Im also not sure if unplugging the cluck will stop you from being able to meter, I've done it for motors but never clutches. Theres also a trick for using staples to sneak into the connector for metering while its still plugged in.

Edit* The reason I wouldn't just replace FRB (depends on how much and how fast you can get it) Is I had a similar issue with the reg sensor saying there was always paper (sensor never got power). It was one of our machines, so another tech just replaced the FRB and that didn't fix it. I metered the lack of power all the way back to the PRCB.
Thank you for the tip. I will get my multimeter and do some measurements and try to find the defective board.

Sounds good, and I missed your earlier question. FRB can be swapped with a used board with no issues. PRCB on those machines do have a replacement guide in the service manual that you really should follow, but from memory thats the last konica model before they started getting married together so you *shouldn't* run into any issues there either.

Someone else can confirm that for me, Konica's website is currently under maintenance so I cant check the manual

FRB should be FSB - front side board and can be defective. Easy to swap if you have donor machine. Next step is PRCB and correct procedure is given to you by Synthohol.

Sorry, too lazy to go back through all 4 pages to find out if you have, but have you tried to do a Load Check on the registration clutch? While you can't run a motor and activate the clutch at the same time, if the clutch is working you will hear a faint clicking noise as you cycle it on and off. If you don't hear anything then you know it's not working for one reason or another, and would need to determine the cause of that. If you need to know how to do this, just let us know.

Looks like PRCB, then. You might be able to find a used prcb that will work, the process was fairly straight forward if you go through that document that was linked.

Like I said, I never had to meter clutches so I'm not 100% sure if metering them during load check works. I'd confirm by picking another clutch and trying to meter it on the PRCB, if it shows voltage then I think it's safe to say.

You have a nice machine that's still a few years out from EOL, might as well try it if you can find a cheap board

                  Hope this works out

As a last resort you can try to locate and check ICPs on PRCB.
