    Konica Minolta 450i KEEP REBOOTING

How is going guy? hoping is all good in this new year. As today this is my first problem with a Biz 450i.
Machine had a error code c-D325 when you first started then it reboots itself and shows another code E201, I had make a reset but all the same, then I make a firmupgrade and now the machine keep rebooting all the time and shows nothing on display , only to reboot again. Any one that have the same code problems or any suggestions are welcome to help with this problem.
Me I think is the SSD card as always with the same problem with the other i series, but checking the Service Manual it says that is the CPU or the Baseboard. so I need little help from you guys.

Start by trying to boot to diagnostics. Hold down the power button on the left side of the control panel while flipping on the power switch on the right side of copier body. It will hopefully boot up into diagnostics. If it does, press start and see if anything comes up as "NG" (No Good).

If it won't even boot to diagnostics then there is a deeper issue.

My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...

Start by doing diagnostics, hold down the sub power button while flipping the main power on.
Last time I had an i-series rebotting both CPU and Storage board showed NG in this boot diagnostics. That doesn't make sense under most circumstances. Removed the CPU board and inserted it again 5 times. Cleaning the contacts where they meet with some canned air.

You can also use the diagnostic firmware, which will tell you whether or not to replace *one* of those boards. My rebooting issue was happening prior to that fw being able to load

Edit: And remember, in general you have to wait a long time for these to load anything. If its not rebooting itself but your waiting for it to come up to Self Diag or a FW, just keep waiting

Just to follow up with this Thread, the problem was the CPU, once I installed it works like a new machine, thanks all your guys for your advice.

I had a lot more problems with CPUB than with storageboards... CD3XXX, system hangs after a print, rebooting (on c3320i series/ 250i series)
The diagnose has never showed up a CPUB failure.

The servicemanual tells you should use the nonvolatile Memory clear function or replace TPM chip but it does not work.
I always had to replace the CPUB...

That is one good true the diagnose software not always work, I had run it in a machine that used to wake up every 20 seconds no matter what you do with the settings, the software always told me that everything was ok, same as the diagnose from the MFP, so I change the CPU board and that was good to go. Lately I am having all this i series machine giving this problems, freeze, self rebooting or waking up for no reason and back to sleep, or other one that was just black screen.
