It is certain that your OS has become corrupted. Need to reinstall OS Fiery.

a corrupt OS will cause AA.
replace the HDD and run system software install.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

Replaced the Hdd and ran the install. When starting up it runs fine upto the start up screen with the Win XP logo, after this it's just black screen and a 02 code on the LED. I have a spare PC that I'm going to runthe install on and see if it runs without issues.

Is it running OS over USB?

unless there was a FACI kit then yes after the XP logo it is supposed to go blank.
it can take half an hour for it to fully install and go to 00
which method did you use? network or USB?

I used the USB method. I left it running all night and this morning it was still 02 error code on the LED.

I apologize ahead of time, what is a FACI Kit?

for 20+ years i have always used the crossover cable method.
this way i can watch the progress of the install and it just works everytime.
dont forget to move the 2 service switches for this and moved back when install complete.

i mount the .iso with PowerIso and run the installer.vbs file and follow the prompts.
with todays network cards you dont even need a crossover, straight cable will figure it out itself.

Like Synthohol mentioned, it takes 30 minutes if you do it via USB. FACI kit gives you video permission. No it, no video driver.

You may have misconfigured SW switch 1 and 2 on the Fiery controller enclosure or incorrectly installed the iso image onto the USB memory.

If you do the correct step of the ISO image on the USB memory, switch the DIPSW switch correctly and turn on the Fiery, in 40 minutes you have a new Fiery system to work with. Try clearing the RAM.

I brought the Fiery to my office. It connected with a straight thru to my laptop. I run the installer and I get the following error.

"You must exit all application services using by tftp, and try again."

How do I go about changing the IP for the Fiery to be able to connect to the laptop running the ISO?

You cannot change the Fiery's ip because it has no system. You must put the PC's ip as DHCP and let both connect. Usually it is the IP 127.0.0.1

Thanks, but I actually set the TFTP IP Scheme to 192.168.1.1/24

Now the TFTP is giving a PXE-E32: TFTP open Timeout.

yes, from a command prompt type services.msc and stop any ftp service running then run the installer again.
also set your nic fro dhcp, it will find the fiery. even if you see 169.254 or 0.0.0.0. just select whichever one is the hardware nic not the wifi nic
