Hi guys,
Im currently getting a few errors on my KM Biz Press C7000. According to the service manual its a few things that can fix it but Im unable to find a proper parts list with Parts Number. These are the errors that are popping up at the moment.
C-0201 (Paper Tray 1) For this one Im guessing its either the Upper Limit Sensor /1 (PS30) or the Paper lift motor /1 (M38)
C-3509 (Fusing Unit) Im inclined to replace the TEMPERATURE SENSOR 1 TH1. This because previously I was getting the C-3912 error code and I replaced the TEMPERATURE SENSOR 2 TH2 and the Thermostat and it worked for a minute or so before getting the C-3509 error.
Any assist would be appreciated.
