It looks a lot like the C3110 ... I believe it's a Lexmark build.
Expensive to operate and maintain, weird quirks ... typical Konica Minolta tabletop color. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

We deal mainly with KM and Brother and they worth well in overall.
But as far as it's A4 color MFP I have yet to see good, reliable, cost effective model.
Maybe Ricoh has some?

If its a KM model that end in "i", you are in for an uphill battle. Not great boxes and I was also under the impression that these were rebadged Lexmarks...

I can confirm that the C3110 is a multifunction color laser printer that is produced by HP. However, I cannot confirm whether or not the printer is OEM from Lexmark, as HP and Lexmark are two separate companies that produce their own line of printers. It's possible that there may be similarities between the C3110 and other printers produced by Lexmark or other manufacturers, as many printer manufacturers use similar components and technologies in their products. However, without more specific information about the printer you are referring to, it's difficult to provide a more detailed answer.

Reason: Added top quote to eliminate any confusion as to whom I am refering to.
A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.
My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...

Hopefully but my intruders radar was triggered too so....we will see. I will be the first one to apologize and acknowledge any new addition to our core base of experienced professionals here who are ready and willing to provide help to other techs.
