Have a c7000 where the fuser has drive, but the upper and lower lamps do not come on. Customer has another fuser that works in the same machine so know it's not a board. Any ideas?
Check the connectors on the back for burnt pins and/or damage. Make sure none of the thermostats are open as well. This is all assuming that the lamps ohm out ok.
