Biz C454e jam code 3205

Customer has 2 machines jamming with jam code 3205 when duplexing. The service manual shows like 10 things this could be. Motors, clutches, etc. Figured I would ask here before swapping out parts.

Not sure if same code but remember adding some control panel labels on exit frame to keep the gate solenoid arm open more on a few C224's that were jamming with duplex but it's been a while. Think it was Synthohol who suggested this.

Personally I attach that tin part over the solenoid, remove all sticky cushions and forget about jamming.

The exit sensor actuator holders warp due to heat. It will still looks if its in position and working but it slops around. I have fixed that with paperclips and with superglue and bicarb before.
Could be that. That will jam only on duplex. Its one of the two sensors on the door side that fits between the transfer and fusing.

That was thread I was looking for but couldn't find it, maybe because it was a 32-01 jam code I was getting back then. Plus there is some new info on there. I already put 3 labels on the solenoid frame.
