    Bizhub C224e service bulletin

    Hi Guys ,

    do you know is it have any bulletin when your machine dont boot and stuck on pilars. I mean is it explanation what mean when the machine stuck on 2 or 4 or 5 pilars.

    1. Machine starts boot cycle and verifies the firmware file.
    ○ Second Pillar:
    Machine memory Check (Standard onboard memory, DIMM, ASIC777,
    ASIC30 EFI, ASIC777 DS board) Scanner moves and initializes, energizes
    scan lights (e and 4 series)
    ○ Third Pillar
    Accesses SSD board
    ○ Fifth pillar
    Total boot process initializes
    We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...
