Jam konica minolta bizhub 223 error 30-03

Good afternoon, I have a konica minolta bizhub 223 monochrome with about 100,000 copies
For some time I have been getting a paper jam error, specifically error 30-03.
The issue is that it does it more frequently the more copies I send it. If, for example, I send 50~60 prints, the first jam occurs on 30-03, I remove the supposed jam and it prints 20~30 prints, the jam occurs and it fails again after 10~15 prints....
If I leave it resting for hours to cool down again, it prints 50~60 copies again.
Add that the paper never folds or anything, it just stops when you start to play with the drum roller.
I have tried the registration clutch (CL4) I have checked it and giving it 24V it is blocked, the registration sensor (PS1) when I press it with my finger the sensor detects the change to 0/1 as appropriate, just like the Paper exit sensor (PS3) which also seems to work correctly.


In the konica minolta 223 model, which parts may be involved in the failure 30-03?

When you look at the pages that make it out of the copier, or the page that jams at the registration rollers, is the image shifted on any of the pages at all? Even if the registration clutch activates, it doesn't mean that it isn't slipping. After 100K pages you wouldn't think it would be, but I've stranger things happen.

Another couple things to check: Registration bushings and paper exit sensor. At 100K, there is a good chance the registration bushings are worn causing there not to be enough pressure between the 2 rollers to feed the paper properly. And also check the exit sensor actuator (attached to the top of the fusing unit) and make sure that it is moving freely and snapping back to it's resting point quickly enough.

Jam Code 30-03:
The leading edge of paper does not block the paper exit sensor (PS3) since the paper feeding is started.

Is it jamming from all trays & side manual feed, or with paper feeding in different direction? I serviced a lot of that model and still have a few I service. Many had well over 100k and never had to replace motors, clutches , bearings, etc. I would start by spraying electronic cleaner in reg clutch, then spin clutch while blowing out with canned air (make sure machine is off). The elec cleaner evaporates fast. Then I would lube reg roller bushings and make sure rollers spin free. Blow out reg & exit sensors and make sure they spring back when actuating them. Of course assuming you cleaned the one way clutches & scuffed up shafts and replaced the paper feed & sep rollers?

Good afternoon, I got to work with the photocopier and cleaned the two clutches with contact cleaner, cleaned and lubricated the bushings of the registration unit and cleaned the sensors with compressed air.
That's a week ago, it has printed more than 2000 copies (mixing duplex and normal) and it hasn't jammed again.
So for now I consider it repaired.
