Hi guys I have a bizhub c360 just changed the dev BK and chip but prints come faded and shaked.
Cleaned the laser,the corona but no success.
Any clue?

Just out of morbid curiosity, what sort of developer did you install? And what sort of setup did you do?
I don't know if you can still get DV-311K, but I think you'll be much happier with the results. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

isnt 512 simitri (plastic) toner?
i think 319 toner is a totally different material.
id compare ingredients.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
The medication helps though...Comment

Syn & BC are correct. The C220 series developer is different and will not carry the toner properly. Correct developer DV311 is still being sold.Comment
