its pretty easy to enable it and create a user\password list.
once enabled you will need to either enable popup password printing or lock it in under printing defaults.
also can configure if user can print in color or not.
at whatever interval, the 'admin' can print out a list of users and their counts or retrieve via software or just view in a browser.
you can enable print with or without a password.
you can enable a 'public' user with limited features.
would you like a service manual to get familiar with the screens/menus?
