Did you do the Toner Density Sensor Init., in the service mode, under drum peculiarity, first? Also, make sure the charger corona for the Y developer unit is installed fully, and not broken or damaged/ saturated with toner.

Make sure that the primary transfer belt is properly tensioned. I've had one of the cables break that keep the belt tensioned. The belt tracks off center, and incorrectly reads the yellow density patch. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Like Todd already mentioned, the toner density init must be done with new developer. A vacuum wasn't by chance used at all on the developing unit was it?
