A bizhub C368 HD failure has left me with two questions:
(1) I don't have the C368 animations. Could someone help me with that?
(2) Below HD-A, the C368 has an empty slot for HD-B, an option used for RAID-1 mirroring -- so that in event of a HD failure, there would be no need to rebuild that drive with animations or User Boxes backups (which are rarely up-to-date anyway). The KM option for this is HD-524, which seems to apply to all 8-series bizhubs -- but only the 8-series. So, in trying to decide how much value there would be in that option, I wonder why it was not continued in the 0i-series. Pursuing this question, I was surprised to find that getting detailed information (like: does the HD-524 include the cables?) was like pulling teeth. Is the RAID option just not worth much? Does anyone use it?
I would be grateful for any help on either of these questions.
