    KONICA C257i Stuck at 25%

    Hi All
    Could anyone possibly help me out with Recovery Firmware for C257i i have 1 stuck at 25% Loading

          It would seem to be the storage is at fault possibly corrupt if i try to update firmware i get MFP NG
          if connect ssd to a pc i can see the ssd but it is encrypted so i cannot initialise it
          is there any way to format it within the machine ?

          Firmware ACM10Y0-F000-G00-Q8

              No way unless you can get into service mode or boot machine completely.
              It's bad SSD more than likely. If you are lucky and have warranty claim garbage SSD to cheap ass KM.
