I've got a b3602p with locked settings menu, asking for PIN for device settings, network settings...
Couldn't find anything in service manual or user manual.
What am I missing?

How to reset or Clear the security setting on the device?

Answer
There are two options to use to clear your security settings.

Option #1: MFP: Enter the CONFIGURATION menu from the device's operator panel.Note: For security to be cleared you MUST select the options listed above.

1. Power OFF the device.
2. Remove plastic side cover then remove the metal side panel to access system board.
3. Pull jumper and move from pins 1-2 onto pins 2-3 or vice versa. Close panel.
4. Power ON the device, security should be cleared to factory defaults.
