        7.7 SMTP transmission can you log on the o365 email account using the copiers web browser?
        i usually try that first just to make sure they can even see each other

            oh, did you change bit sw 219 to hex 04?

                Function version is 5.

                changed software switch 219 to 04 and rebooted the machine.

                still error 107 when trying to scan…

                no browser is installed on the machine.

                    Switch No.: 25
                    HEX Assignment: 60 -> Function Version7
                    HEX Assignment: 50 -> Function Version6
                    HEX Assignment: 40 -> Function Version5
                    HEX Assignment: 20 -> Function Version3
                    HEX Assignment: 10 -> Function Version2

                            ok, has an account been setup on o365 for the copier?
                            basically its the same setup as the attachment.
                            maybe another member has a more recent one?
