Konica Minolta image issue

    [Misc] Konica Minolta image issue

    Konica Minolta c658 prints black lines sometimes completely black prints.

    and sometimes working fine for the whole day.

    in service code history it shows c2557 couple of times happened.

    kindly advise. Some sample prints attached

      have you pulled the drum or anything looking for the stripes?
      upon visual inspection of drum and transfer belt you found what?
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

          We cannot guess which is the feed direction is on your prints. That makes a big difference. Have you looked up the C2557 error yet? I suspect that you have a seizing up black developing unit. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Looking at the scans I would think your transfer belt is worn out and needs replacing and possibly the black drum as well.

              Some idea of the consumables life would be useful.

                  Drum and Belt are clean. Thing is it prints fine sometimes for the whole day.

                              I would open and clean PH unit and reseat ribbon cables.

                                                          If you can get the issues to come back maybe try a panic stop and see if the image is looking like that on the drum if not on the drum look at the belt image
