I don't understand. One is in English and one is not.
These are 2 different documents.
I'm just not seeing a true comparison since the 2 documents are different.

I'll step back and let someone else help because I'm just not getting it.

No real need to. Waste of time. Found that if you only do that in 90% of the cases its the best you will get.
Initialize and stabilize will take it to factory and that is in most cases correct or good enough.

I can't see any issue with this print out.

How about if you print a document from a USB pen, how does that look ?
