    BH-C-3110 needs replacement.....

    Customer is not satisfied with her BH-C-3110 since copies from the platen all have a little greyish shade around the originals smaller than A4 size. Cleaned the usual such as the optics. No improvement. I do not like to fiddle around with mirrors etc., so “better” have another of the pre-owned A4-color machines from Konica Minolta.

    Is there anyone of the following generations you could more or less advise? I have seen here in the panel some gruesome reports about those next generation A4-Color gems from Konica Minolta. Any advice please?

      Honestly I dislike all KM A4 color products but from my experience C3350/1 can run pretty much from PM to PM without much troubles. Stay away from those A4 color i series or you're going to lose customers.

          [Quality] - [Bkgd. Removal] Adjust the background density of an original with the colored background such as newspaper or an original made from recycled paper.
          this helps. you can set as default or a shortcut but the setting should remove the shadow/halo around small originals during copy or scan.

              Agree with tsb to stay away from kon min "color" small machines. Their small A4 B&W models are made by Lexmark, etc. and are ok but their own design color models are built cheap. Light fuse, get away

                  If you can find low millage Bizhub C3351 these are pretty reliable.
