Web Interface not showing after enabling SSL settings

Hi,

Hope all of you will be fine and enjoying good healthy life!

Model : bizhub c364

Firmware Version: A1610Y0-F000-GD9-72

Problem : We want to upgrade it to the latest version. I dont know which one is the latest version that will work with this one. I have tried 8 different c364 firmwares and it gives error after upgrading "this is invalid external memory" So have to install the same firmware back.

The problem is, this firmware is not compatible with the latest SSL settings of the web browser. Machine doesnt show web interface after enabling SSL > Admin & User Mode in Security Settings. Device certificate creation.

I think the SSL settings of the machine is not compatible with the browser settings. Old internet explorer works but the chrome, Edge, Firefox doesnt show web connection.

If anyone can share the latest firmware that will work with the version mentioned that will be quite helpful and much appreciating.

If there is any other solution to fix it without upgrading firmware then please.......... SHARE!

You could try the 'version up firmware' this gives the C364 series an upgrade to give many of the C364'e' settings etc.

This upgrading can be fatal? Difficult to recover. I also need Web browser function.

No, i've never had any issues doing this upgrade. You can roll it back after if you no longer need it.

It is right above the HDD.

But the problem is only 1 firmware can be installed and it works. If you try other firmware it gives NG to MFP controller.

No, i've never had any issues doing this upgrade. You can roll it back after if you no longer need it.

Normally it's under Security settings - PKI - SSL/TLS settings.

Are you using https when trying to log into web interface?

Yes, thats right. But web interface gets inaccessible after enabling SSL in Certificate settings. Admin/User mode.

Are you using https when trying to log into web interface?

I have tried both HTTP / HTTPS. Windows 7 has internet explorer. Web interface shows using internet explorer. It doesnt work on Chrome, Edge, Mozilla etc.

Modern browsers deprecate insecure TLS/SSL versions.
You can try to enable them(at your own risk) see link:

give the device a different IP and then see if it works - in our showroom, after setting up SSL, there are some IP addresses that I can't access the web interface - no idea why

It works with the old browsers only not working with the latest. After enabling SSL on machine it disappears..... thats the problem
