    PC-210 (BH-C-284e) no cassette lift

    Have one PC-210 (BH-C-284e) where the lift-up of the both cassettes is not working, resulting in a C0206 and C0208. Are there any ICP's known on the board of the PC-210 possibly causing this? 24VDC is coming from the machine to the board.

      see if they lift if you push\hold them in.
      try a trouble reset, reseat the cables from machine to pf cab.
      check the couplers
      do you hear the motors turn at least?
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

          + 2 on what Synthohol posted.

          Just to confirm does the machine does recognize both tray 3 & 4 on display?

          Had this been working and just stopped? If not then I would look for bent pin, etc on connector for PC210 to copier.

              Not sure if it was working before, it came from a wholesaler.
              Lift-up motors are not running but the PC-210 cassette shows present in the display as well as its trays. After closing one of the two lower trays and then after a short while, there's a clack coming from the MFP's mainboard and the machine codes out.

              I will get from the storage another PC-210 unit and cross-check if the problem lays in the machine itself or the extra cassette deck.

                  I would also guess that its not getting supply voltage. Do the cross check and let us know. Will need to spend time on the wiring diagrams.
